  I have the overall responsibility to oversee the Health and Safety for 4 Sports Venues. Responsibilities include, preparing Risk Assessments, Safe Work Method Statements and Site Standard Operating Procedures, which allows me to demonstrates my ability to marry an organisation’s internal processes and procedures with legislative obligations. I lead on staffs personal learning and development and implement learning's / qualifications on learning matrix and also arrange for staffs to undertake in-house Health and Safety on-line learning. I induct all new members of staff with regards to the companies Health and Safety's policy and procedures and undertake all manual handling training for them and refresher training for existing staff. I lead on environmental issues and impacts and compile information which is recognised through awards. Show less
