      In 1998 I founded Redwood Partners. The Fund employs a fundamental investment strategy to build a portfolio of publicly traded equity holdings predominantly of U.S. regulated financial institutions. Primary valuation strategy centers on forward P/E and P/TBV assessments. Bottom-up valuation analysis also considers franchise value in change of control event, expected growth and profitability measures such as ROE and ROA.
