  Assistant manager of Poole Town FC Academy U18's that play in the South West Counties Youth League. The ultimate goal was to progress players to the Poole Town Reserve and First teams. 11 players appeared for the Reserve team 6 became regulars in the team that won the Dorset Senior Trophy. 4 players made first team appearances in what was a difficult team to break in to as they won the Southern League South West Division one and the Dorset Senior Cup.

This support includes services such as Anger Management, Mindset, Nutritional Advice, Charity projects and Work Experience to list just a few. The Oak Progression Programme Centre also manages students on flexible timetables that are tailored to suit their specific needs.   Founded in 2016 we have built up the academy from 6 players in a field to running two different coaching venues aimed at different age groups.I am responsible for the planning and delivery of the syllabus of Coaching at Stars Football Academy. We have a clear path way which runs from players aged three years of age right up to first team football.We currently work with over 60 young footballers every weekend. We start the weekend with our Talent Development sessions on a Friday night which are for ages 6 and over.On a Saturday morning we run our Stars Football Academy Mini Striker session which is aimed at ages 3-6. This session is extremely popular and you will often see over 30 enthusiastic 3-4 year olds running around with smiles on their faces.We also offer one to one sessions and deliver Birthday parties to local children.   I am responsible for the planning, delivery and progression of the Full-Time Football Programme at LeAF Academy. As part of my role I manage the coaches and oversee the designing and delivery of the coaching syllabus. I initially designed a five year plan that aims for our Post 16 Team to compete in the strongest College League available by September 2017. Our programme runs from 14-19 year olds (Year 9 - Post 16) and is for Boys and Girls. Students receive full time Football training, a Strength and Conditioning package and access to a physiotherapist, Sports Psychiatrist and Football Analyst. All of our age groups also have a competitive games programme that is tailored to suit the needs of the teams and individuals. Another part of my role is to build links with external clubs at various levels in order to create realistic path ways for our players as they progress through our system.We aim to manage each players needs and provide them with the complete Footballing experience.   First Team Manager at Hamworthy United Football Club. Employed by the chairman to lead the Football side of the club towards the ultimate goal of Southern League Football. I left Hamworthy in March 2019, We had just achieved the clubs best ever finish in the FA Vase, The club was still in the league cup (Semi-Final) and placed in the highest position in the league that it had ever finished.

  I was appointed first team Manager of Dorchester Town Football Club in March 2019. Dorchester currently compete in the Southern Premier League South, Step 3 in the English Non League pyramid.I took over a team that was in the relegation zone with ten games to play and had the initial remit of survival in the division. We achieved this by one point after gaining 14 points from the remaining games, We also had several stand out performances whilst scoring lots of goals. I then rebuilt ahead of the next season but we got off to a poor start and never recovered, I resigned from my post in December. Show less
