  My time at Enterprise allowed me to train on specific workplace programs such as Odyssey and Enterprise database systems. These systems allow for immediate customer invoice tracking as well as the ability to execute transactions in locations as far as the wifi capability allows at a specific location. The workplace systems allowed for easier customer management during peak times at the airport location. My knowledge and understanding of these systems was vital in maintaining a high quality status among recurring customers and travelers. Show less

  Internship Program

  Internally worked for The Movement Foundation, which serves employees within the Movement Mortgage family as well as to the local Charlotte community. My time with the foundation was spent assisting the director of the foundation Garrett McNeil, in overseeing project management duties during the construction of The Movement School in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. The Movement School is a charter school serving the West Charlotte community in and around the Freedom Drive area. I was also tasked with conducting reviews of individual non-profits submitted by employees for an internal program that allowed one time donations of $10,000 to be made on behalf of Movement Mortgage and the employee to the organization chosen by the employee in order to grow and cultivate relationships with nonprofits throughout the United States. I also had the opportunity to plan and coordinate several events involving teachers, students, and parents surrounding the opening of the Movement School. Show less
