      As an IT Manager, I led a team of IT specialists and was responsible for managing and maintaining company CRM systems for debt collection. Additionally, I worked on analyses for developers to develop and optimize our information systems. I also dealt with optimizing mass data processing for these systems and creating automatically generated reports using Eclipse BIRT, JavaScript, and XSL-FO. I developed statistics for call center management and the economic department using PHP, HTML, and MySQL. I also trained employees in Microsoft Excel usage and worked on processing and implementing customer data.       In the position of QA Tester, I focused on working with the modular ERP system VENTUS, including the WMS client and the myCASH system for retail sales. In this role, I gained knowledge of wholesale and retail processes, logistics and WMS, which allowed me to regularly test and simulate key business processes for selected customers before the regular release of the application. I also worked on testing new features of the VENTUS system, WMS myStock, and myCASH, creating test scenarios, analyzing customer requirements, and collaborating on analyses to extend the standard functionality of the IS.In this position, I also created user documentation, trained users, and communicated with customers regarding the specification and implementation of new functionality, which already leaned heavily towards consulting work. Additionally, I participated in working with database systems (MS SQL), creating generated reports for customers, configuring peripherals needed for retail sales, and mobile devices for the WMS system, processing data and implementing it into the IS. I collaborated with the development department almost every day.From this position, I gained skills in software testing and creating test scenarios, the ability to analyze customer requirements and work with databases.       In this role, I conducted analyses and gathered requirements from customers to configure the iNVOiCE FLOW application, which is used for automated processing of physical documents (non-EDI). This OCR technology-based system was in the early stages of development, and I assisted in designing and often configuring it based on customer feedback and requests in the application's backend using SQL commands. The development of this system followed an agile approach with regular monthly sprints. I maintained daily communication with customers, implementers of various information systems, and the development department. Additionally, I created analyses for the general development of the application and temporarily acted as a product owner. I also provided both in-person and remote customer training and created and modified XSLT transformation templates to enhance document processing. This multifaceted role deepened my knowledge and skills in analysis and product management.
