  Summer Intern :- Project at KALINGASOFT Pvt. Ltd. (Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India) on “CYBOTECH” , a survey based project for study of Institutes for 1 month . It included how different institutes evolved in a course of time. Based on that survey a new University was founded out later.

  Worked on Attribute based Encryption (Part of Cryptography) at Dublin City University (DCU), Dublin, Ireland for two months (May-July 2011) under the able supervision of Prof. Mike Scott (Head of School). I’s asked to do evaluation of threshold gates including (&) and (|) gates. For an inputted expression user was asked to give ‘T’ of ‘F’ as value and accordingly the result is evaluated. It was a full array implementation with different formats being listed out .• Unit testing :- The main part of my project was on Unit testing in C++ in Eclipse IDE using CUTE or CUnit plug-in. I did testing for different functions that I used to take valid inputs and give desired output. Later on also I’d an overview of Unit testing in JAVA using JUnit plug-in . Show less

  I went to University of Calgary, Calgary (Canada) for Final semester Project for 4 months (Feb-May 2012). Worked on Proof of Retrievability (PoR) part of Cloud Cryptography under able supervision of Prof. Dr. Rei Safavi-Naini (chair iCORE Information Security). Implemented Private scheme of PoR of Hovav Shacham and Brent Waters paper entitled “Compact proofs of retrievability”. Project deals with verifying the intergrity of any file uploaded by the client on the cloud. Used C/C++ Languages by including OpenSSL, GMP (GNU Multiple Precision) Libraries.   I worked as an Application Developer. I started as a Remedy support person and later on moved to Remedy Developer. During that time I also worked on SAP's Business Objects tool used for reporting. I’ve experience on BMC Remedy AR system, SAP’s Business Objects Tool (Reporting Tool), Kinetics, ITIL, ITSM. I have also worked as a Remedy Administrator and Developer.Seed The ‘Cloud’ Competition – I participated in a competition in Seed the Cloud in Schneider Electric and received 3rd prize for it. The application was “hire to retire life cycle” of an employee in a company. I used Amazon Web Services (AWS) as platform coupled with some other UI pages. Show less

  Extreme Blue Intern

  I worked to create an end to end survey application tool. There my work was basically related to database (Mysql, PstGREsql, IBM DB2) and creating APIs for all the tables with basic CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) statements. After that I wrote the test cases for all the APIs using Junit testing tool. For that I used Before, BeforeClass, After, AfterClass functions.Then I wrote RESTful APIs (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE) to interact with front end. Also I wrote JavaScript ans Servlet codes as well for some functionality of the tool.I used IBM cloud application called Bluemix to host the application. I used mySqlDB, Java Liberty instances to push our application on cloud. I used cf (cloud foundry) to configure the application. There we followed Agile Software development model with everyday Scrum meeting and a weekly planning sprint meeting. In different iterations we plan the tasks, goals, epics and work accordingly. We interacted with several internal clients as well to launch the product. In the end of the internship we went to Germany for a week for final presentation and there we were accompanied with other 25 teams from all over Europe which was a nice experience. Show less

Here my responsibility is to manage the team and follow agile methodology to make sure sprint is running smoothly. Organising workshops and workshops. Gathering requirements from the program management. I mentor and assist the new joinees in the team to help them grow and become productive ASAP.Also working on Splunk prject and Security related project for the clients to do anomaly detection and any unusual activity in their network.
