       Successfully led $220 million (approx) substation Project in duration of 2011 - 2014 within tight deadline and within budget. Played important role in Project management & Execution. Project encompasses EPC of equipments & Material (Structure; equipment like LA, CVT, WT, CB, ISO etc. Panels, cabling in yard equipment and control relay panel, Distribution system including ICT & Reactors etc). Study/Review of Tender Documents, scope of work, Drawings, Specifications, client requirement and cost details from the tender documents for proper estimating work. Technical and commercial evaluation of supplier/sub-contractors quotation as per scope requirement. Estimation of project cost and Procurement Requirement as per IS Code and design requirement.  Follow up of technical issues with vendors through (define input requested by vendors, confirmation of design; ensure availability of vendors documents to client).
