I learned to develop strategies to manage a group of people effectively and learned situational leadership strategies, relating to the production of goods and services, to lead organizations through periods of change.I have gained theoretical and practical skills through a collaborative capstone project using case live client scenarios to address operations management challenges and developed a plan for adding value to the management of the operation, focusing on the processes, quality, human resources, financial, logistics, and supply chain management.
