  • Received heavy training in the Nuke station at the Caterpillar facility which works on C7 engines that can be used in Military applications. • Worked at the ‘Auto Heads’ station, where I worked with the robots, in which I received the raw engine heads installed the washers and the oil seals, then pushed the engine to the robots and they installed the head springs.• Gained the experience in loading/unloading the engines by using cranes, riggings, and hoisting• Installing front housing on engines and front support using gasket and torqueing bolts with torqueing guns. • Using advanced machinery to install gears on shaft heads.• Worked on installing fly wheel housing, oil pans, and oil pumps into engines. • Assigned to work on C9 both 8.8 Liters and 9.3 Liters, which are usually used in heavy vehicle such as tractors, dredgers, drill regs/bore, and grinders.• Loaded the engines into the station, then to installing the front housing and front support.• In charge of two stations that are responsible of installing the 6 pistons into the engine. After placing each piston, it is required to use the testing box that pushes the pistons to see whether they are places correctly before leaving the station. Show less
