  Novo Nordisk plant in Kaluga (LMK) is a full-cycle local manufacturing site supplying Russian market with insulin products.I work with Environmental Monitoring in classified production clean rooms in LMK. An aseptic filling machine is employed to fill medicine pencils, and environmental monitoring is essential in controlling and maintaining classifications, a prerequisite for production.Among my tasks are change control, systematic problem-solving, performing risk assessments, preparing environmental trend reports, CU monitoring, content control, creating training material, performing training, project management, validation activities, handling deviations using of A3 investigation tool, inspection readiness, supporting and consulting personal in hygiene, gowning, cleaning and aseptic behavior aspectsI work with production operators, QA, cleaning personnel, management, project teams, and other internal and external stakeholders on sites in my daily work.Moreover, I am involved in Lean Production Project (cLean) as a certified "сLean 1 star", I drive/take part in other Lean activities like A3, SIPOC, and VSM on the site level Show less As an EHS representative in my department, I work closely with protecting the environment, reducing CO2 emissions and recycling production waste.
