  I currently manage all operational departments (Production, Assembly, Despatch, Inventory, and site Maintenance) which equates to around 100 people (2/3rds of the workforce).Part of my job is to control spends within these areas whilst not compromising on quality which through the use of KPI's, objectives, and continuous Improvement, we have reduced labour spend in our Warehouse and Assembly areas with our latest labelling automation work now being carried out in our Production department.
