  Project (FMIS) Support Officer

  Worked in a role of project support officer for FMIS, a NSW state government project, to digitise the Forensic Medicine department statewide. My exceptional organisational and administrative skills assisted me in acheiving the targets of this role with effectiveness and efficiency. Timely communication with stakeholders and vendors is my forte. I have been acknowledged and apprecited for my exceptional skills in learning the new system, manouvering through the change resistance, providing end-user training to staff, conducting 1:1 familiarisation sessions, managing the project launch activities remotely and in person across three sites (Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle), and able to be available for essential travel to support project team.
