  MDL Information Systems provided software systems and chemistry databases for the Life Science markets, and was acquired by Elsevier in the early 2000’s. In 2003, as part of a large innovation initiative, I was responsible for creating integration points between Scopus and the Reaxys databases, and overall identifying and implementing synergies between database workflows. When Elsevier divested this company in 2007, I was part of the divestment team.
