  I was responsible for setting up and implementing the BIM program for the ECLRT Rapid Transit Infrastructure (RTI) project, which was valued at 6.5 billion CAD. During the project's design and construction phases, I provided specifications for BIM, CADD, and Surveying, Procurement and as well as As-Built and Document Control workflows; assisted with recruitment of BIM personnel. In addition, I developed and led a BIM/CADD software training program that was aligned with the project's BIM Execution Plan.
