      Responsible for digital initiatives globally, including customer-orientated systems such as corporate websites, CRM, and marketing automation tools.The responsibilities of this role were diverse, spanning strategy development, team leadership, stakeholder management, project delivery, training, system configuration and business as usual. During my time in this role, I was humbled to be voted by both peers and executive as the 2019 recipient of Cromwell’s People First award.Some key projects I ran during this time:• Global CRM – Roll-out of a Global CRM (Salesforce) to replace several siloed CRM systems and assist with customer relationships and GDPR.• Implementation of a Marketing Automation Suite to enable communication with company stakeholders.
