  Ensuring stable daily operations in collaboration with external service providers whilst achieving a seamless migration of the Archive Storage to a new operations model and new datacenters. I namely drove requirement engineering including acceptance criteria definition as well as High-Level and Low-Level Designs jointly with external and internal architects. In preparation for handover to operations I defined test criteria and drove development of Operations Manual and Disaster Recovery Plan with the BAU team.
