      • Centralized and communicate with the management (Unit Head, Operational Head & Project Managers) and recommend the Project Status / Project Findings of various projects under the domain.• Develop and manage project policies, procedures, templates, coordinate communication across projects• Project creation, quote creation, contract linking, resource allocation, billability mapping• Effort to revenue generation• Project revenue and cost monitoring, monthly effort - revenue report• Revenue projections, tracking & validations with P&L statement.
