All PM Topics are now covered in one organization with the PMO, the Project Portfolio Manager and the Program Management Office, Start at 1/1/2018.Since 2021 Product Owner (2021/2022) and member of the business lead team (since 2023) for the SAP S/4 PPM/PS Module (Portfolio and Project Management) in the group transformation program SBB S/4.Former Manager of the Program Management Unit, this business unit manages all strategic programs, is responsible for the program management process and leads the program management community. A team of program managers and a program management office is part of this unit.Since August 2016 leading the Results Delivery Office of the Passenger Division as part of the Group cost saving Program «RailFit20/30» to save more than 350 MCHF operational costs until 2020 (versus 2014).Until Sept. 2014 responsible for the strategic IT Program "Marketing and Distribution (MVP) for the Passenger Division” as program manager. This program covered three large IT and business projects to transform the actual IT environment to a new, modern platform, used by SBB and all other Public Transportation Companies in Switzerland and builds and rolls out the new SwissPass as the key to the Public Transport System in Switzerland (read more on http://www.SwissPass.ch).In 2014/2015 member of the extended Executive Management Team of the Passenger Division to improve the importance and visibility of the program management in the whole organization.
