  - Managed project to identify and procure an enterprise management system for Student Services departments. Facilitated requirements gathering workshops and researched technical solutions to provide viable options to stakeholders. Liaised with internal student facing staff, technical colleagues and external contractors to successfully implement the GTi Target Connect system.
