  - As the coordinator of the Testing & Consultancy Division, I managed division operations, overseeing the testing of materials from government and private firms. I conducted structural audits for buildingsin municipal areas as an empaneled institute and led the structural design and audit of water tanksfor the Jal Jeevan Mission, Government of Maharashtra. My role included providing detailedreports, performing periodic site visits, and coordinating with technicians to ensure high-qualityresults and adherence to standards.- As the Concrete Technology Lab Incharge, I managed daily lab operations, ensuring safety andefficiency. I supervised concrete testing, maintained equipment, and implemented quality controlmeasures. Additionally, I conducted research on concrete technologies and prepared technicalreports.- As an Assistant Professor, I taught over 11 subjects to undergraduate civil engineering students, including concrete technology, structural design, prestressed concrete, fluid mechanics,engineering mechanics, quantity survey, and operational research. I guided students on their finalyear projects, providing them with live project experiences. Additionally, I contributed to theNAAC and NBA accreditation processes and served as a member of the International Affairs Cell,participating in initiatives to enhance the institution's global engagement.
