  Senior ELV Technical Support Engineer

  A dynamic Senior ELV Engineer with significant experience in site supervision for construction consultancy projects. Oversee ELV system installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Provide on-site supervision and technical support for ELV system activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure ELV works are executed according to project plans, schedules, and budget constraints. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Review and approve ELV system shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by contractors and subcontractors. Coordinate with other disciplines, such as electrical, mechanical, and architectural, to ensure integration and coordination of ELV works with overall project requirements. Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and conflicts related to ELV design and construction activities, and provide timely solutions to keep the project on track. Conduct site meetings with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to discuss project progress, issues, and resolutions. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in ELV systems, including security systems, telecommunications, audiovisual systems. Experience in site supervision, and quality control/assurance for projects such as universities, hotels, residential buildings, and office complexes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with project stakeholders and team members.
