  Always Be Charming was established in 1980 when Rhonda, passionate about inspiring youth launched the Always Be Charming after-school program. This leadership and empowerment program gave girls and boys a unique experience, where Rhonda personally shares her experience in the arts as a model to motivate children of all ages to make good choices, to explore their strengths, and be confident with themselves and others. The mission of ABC was to reinforce positive values and encourage young people to resist peer and social pressures through self-esteem building activities. The ABC concept provides self-development workshops, mentoring, literacy initiatives and community-wide events. Rhonda is the author and illustrator of the Always Be Charming book series for young readers. She has spoken, trained, or led event programs for thousands of youth, adults, and organizations. Today, she continues to share her extraordinary talent to help children to grow gracefully and to thrive. Show less
