  Well well well :). This was just an amazing experience – real corporate adventure!! I really learned a lot. My role was to connect right candidates with our managers. Was focused on digital (online channels, web, content, social media etc.) and retail headquarter (product, pricing, segment, customer experience, coaches, BI, analytics etc.) Always tried to find a “perfect match” when both sides manager and new employee are happy in their roles.   Organising 1st and 2nd Mindfulness conference MCON. After few years break, traveling and then working for People in Need I rejoined the crew for the 2020 oline conference MCON.Since December 2020 I´ve been responsible for People care section within Mindfulness club.The aim is take care of the employees and the mindful community. We work on the base of kindness, non violent communication and compassion. We are working on holocratic bases, ensuring the flexibility of process and real focus on the Human aspect. Show less

  Traveling in South East Asia (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia), Nepal - revisiting and volunteering. Learning from the different countries and cultures. - Especially community thinking, less individualism, being proud but staying modest, not to hurry, simple exist :), being open and absolutely tolerant to other cultures, appreciate the little things in life. ( Still keep learning that ;-)

  I was responsible for HR of expat colleagues in Asia and Africa regions within People in Need (Člověk v tísni) . Taking care of the life-cycle of the employees from the recruitment, on-boarding, evaluation and termination proceses. My favorite part was the exposure visit in Zambia, where I lead few workshops for the national staff as well as HR audit of the processes and helped with their capacity building plans. I´m a trainer of Recruitment skills and prepared webinars focused on Linked-in. My inner engine is to see the higher meaning in my work and experiencing that humanitarian work really makes sense.   I have been blessed with absolutely wonderful baby girl Justýnka Ema. So right now I´m a diper kungfu specialist, sensoric play expert, swimming buddy, dancing queen and yea we sing a lot too! Probably the best job of my life.
