This embraces the latest customer engagement and stakeholder expectations and is founded on the principles of ethical based practices of being transparent and candid about the challenges facing the industry and the level of investment and customer charges required to match our ambitions.GM - Investment Prioritisation and Asset Management Transformation - March 19 - March 21Led the co-creation of a new dynamic Investment Planning and Prioritisation Framework with Scottish Water's regulators and stakeholders that builds trust and engagement in decision making to maximise the benefits of investment for our customers, communities and the environment.Led the stakeholder engagement on all aspects of water and wastewater investment requirements, prioritising the first two years (~£1.5Bn) of investment to help smooth the transition between investment periods.Developed and commenced the implementation of our 10 year Asset Management Transformation Routemap focusing on transforming how we make sustainable customer-centric investment decisions – from strategic investment planning, to near term project investment appraisals. This included all aspects of building our capability from our processes, tools and systems, people skills, data and analytics.GM - Wastewater Strategic Services Teams - March 16 - March 19This involved leading a team of 200 professionals and subject matter experts covering Wastewater Regulation, Strategy, Investment and Asset Management Planning, Customer Flooding, Engineering excellence (water and wastewater) and Hydraulic Modelling (water and wastewater) with responsibility for scoping of ~£1Bn of investment in the 6 year investment period.
