Joint ownership of managing the entire Workday system jointly with our small team of 4 with more shared responsibilities, for instance providing vast support in the Recruitment area and managing road maps. Worked with many stakeholders in implementing new trainings. In 2023 I led a very successful new LMS implementation process for Docebo LMS from start to finish as the HR lead. Not only did I configure the system, but also implemented a lot of new functionality and synergy with Workday.
