  VOICE Amplified is a non-profit organization focusing on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in emergency settings and empowering women & girls. In Poland, VOICE focuses on capacity building for community-based and women-led organizations, as well as advocacy work. I had the opportunity to assist my colleagues in drafting an assessment for a Ukrainian refugee shelter in Warsaw. Additionally, I worked on reports and workplans for our partners. Finally, I supported my colleagues in organizing various training sessions for our partners on topics such as GBV, PSEA, and Prevention of Burnout, among others. Show less
