HIGHLIGHTS:** Renovated / rebuilt Pool and Deck ($4M) with 2 1-meter and 1 3-meter diving boards, kiddie pool, zero entry area with tumble buckets, pipe falls, geysers, Colorado time system, new snack bar facility, and dining area.** Spearheaded first full Golf Course Renovation in 100 years (total $14.4M Tom Doak rebuild opening in 4/200) which includes new driving range, dining facility, practice facility with Toptracer Technology, TrackMan and 2 HD golf simulators along with 2 indoor teaching bays and indoor putting/chipping facility. ** Led $4M Fitness and Tennis Facility Renovation comprising 5 indoor tennis courts, 10 outdoor tennis courts, new fitness center, main fitness studio, spin room, yoga room, group exercise room, private training studio, locker rooms, steam rooms, massage rooms, fitness shop, tennis shop, and reworking of parking lot.** Oversaw $2.1M Golf Shop Renovation with new cart storage and bag room, new Pro Shop space, dressing room, added simulator room and office space for Director of Golf and Golf Professionals.** Influenced Board of Directors to develop sustainability strategy for Club’s strong financial structure amid 15-year strategic plan.** Heightened member usage with new member events resulting in $2M F&B increase.** Continue to acquire and develop high-potential industry talent.
