The last concert of the series, the reserved seats were completely sold out with crowds lining up five hours before the doors opened for the concert. The selection was based on a nomination from my leadership team at the park.Below is my nomination.Teamwork: Ryan was the assistant supervisor for the concert series at Nautilus theatre, when he did a great job organizing the crowds. The last concert of the series, the reserved seats were completely sold out with crowds lining up five hours before the doors opened for the concert. He worked well with his ambassadors and his resources to make the whole experience smooth and seamless for the guests. Ryan came up with a loading process and made markers for the seats in reserved so that it was clearly labeled. Ownership: Ryan took his role as a leader for the concert series as a serious job. There wasn't much of a game plan going into this event, but Ryan came up with diagrams and ways to place the ambassadors around the theatre to really make it work. Show less
