      I am a commissioned officer in the Royal Naval Reserve bearing the rank of Lieutenant. I was trained in command, leadership and management at Britannia Royal Naval College Dartmouth in 2016, and subsequently qualified as a submarine controller. I was mobilised in 2020 in the UK Carrier Strike Group’s submarine advisory team.

      I worked within the change internal communications team to help communicate key information to MOD civil servants ahead of impending redundancies and relocations. This involved creating digital content for the MOD intranet to help impacted staff.

      I played a key role in managing constituency communications, which involved authoring press releases on key issues and writing opinion editorials for local papers. I also organised a series of engagement events for Mr Graham with key community groups.
