He was like a project manager as he met with clients to present the status of the project, collect feedback, and communicate to the developers.   Inyenyeri, Clean Cooking Company of Rwanda Ltd was clean cooking solutions to both rural and urban areas. It manufactured pellets that were environmentally friendly and cheap to the customers. It was a good replacement for charcoal and firewood due to its cleanliness and fast cooking. It had almost 200 national staff including expatriates from United States of America, France, and the Netherlands. HR Associate in Inyenyeri, CCCR Ltd was responsible for HR information system, dealt with employees on a day-to-day basis to understand their needs, and reported to senior HR manager. He was the contact person in the HR department and provided all HR support in recruitment, event management, and other admin work. He was in charge of employee data/files and updated them accordingly (that included RSSB numbers, medical insurance cards, etc.).
