      Planning and operation of Automobile Parts for workshop. Last 3 years, we have achieved 35% growth of spare parts sales. Covered almost all over Bangladesh by 19 owned workshop and 46 nos authorized workshops at 15% growth of vehicle service.New initiatives:1) By online parts planning: Ordering and supply chain by IT systems. This had reduced huge waste of time, cost & losses. But has increased accurate parts planing, demand forecasting and quickest parts order-delivery process. 2) Onsite, parts delivery by Mobile Service Van. 3) Scoreboard parts activities report. This had been showing time to time workshop wise activities report live on computure screen, TV screen displayed all workshop and to all people. 4) Software based vehicle service system applied. More than 11 Nos. vehicle diagnosis software & tools were applied to several workshops, Future plan: 1) To Conduct training on effective & efficient parts planning and operation. 2) To reduce 15% cost of operation by applying online intelligent parts ordering system. 3) Overall business expansion at least 15% growth by meticulous planing, organizing and leading the team.
