  • Long-term research project run by Florida International University • Maintained tiger shark catch data using top-set drum lines. Identified species, took measurements, blood and tissue samples, attached ID tags and tracked sharks using active acoustic tracking tags.• Collected new loggerhead turtle data and continued green turtle data. Used bow-diving method to catch turtles, identified species, assessed body condition, took measurements, blood and tissue samples.• Contributed to ongoing seagrass studies.
