One big risk that comes to mind is leaving Group Account Management (where I loved my manager and the job) and going for the job I have now with the Client Advocacy team.I stepped out of my comfort zone and fully embraced a new experience. That move has paid off tenfold. I have a better understanding of Sales and a great relationship with our clients, and have learned a great deal. The risk was to believe in myself and go for it!What’s your favorite athena resource?I am fortunate to have some very knowledgeable friends here at athena and they are my best resources. They run the gamut from Voice of the Customer to Account Management to Finance. The network you create and share information with, help us to all break down the silos and present a united front of support to our clients. Show less
