  Taken care of testing the apple support web application in multiple platforms/devices - Safari, IPad, IPhone.Excelled in different aspects of testing such as UI, Functional, Regression, End-to-End testing etc. As a Senior Test Engineer part of the MS IDC CTS Team which is a team for handling centralized automation and manual execution at client location(Microsoft India R&D Centre, Hyderabad). Involved in the migration and transition of automation components from other vendors to customer's test environment. This team is responsible for handling several critical test passes for the owned components. As a Software Test Engineer part of the FLEX Microsoft Team which is a dedicated Automation/Manual Execution Team for the entire MS WinSE engagement handling execution of test automations and manuals across several windows components. Will be handling automation testing and manual testing for BTP/HTP/REL TP in which we'll test packages (windows updates) from different components of Microsoft Windows for the OS NT4/2K/XP/2K3/VISTA/WIN7. As a SME/Technical Analyst part of the OCIM Team which provided support for HOTMAIL and MSN across the globe. Front-end issues, backend issues and storage issues will be handled and resolved. Will solve issues based on priority with 100% adherence to SLA.
