  • Manage the whole school administrative function.• To lead and manage all school admin staff• Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic & email enquiries to convert them to enrollments• Achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions• Counseling parents queries relating to admissions• Manage the maintenance of the school site including the purchase and repair of all furniture and fittings • Ensure the continuing availability of utilities, site services and equipment• Monitor, assess and review contractual obligations for outsourced school services in conjunction with the Trust Business Leader• To ensure the school operates an effective system of financial management and control, including payment of invoices, collection of monies, and reconciliation of accounts to include the Budget, School Fund and Imprest Account.• Ensuring maintenance of the inventory of assets and fixed asset register and compliance with procedures for the disposal of redundant equipment/assets.• Assist the Trust Business Leader to establish and use effective methods to review and improve administrative systems• Ensure ancillary services e.g. catering, cleaning, etc., are monitored and managed effectively• Provide ongoing budgetary information to relevant people• Responsible for the ordering, processing and payment of all invoices and statements of account • Performs other related duties as assigned by the School Principal.
