I was required to ensure that we delivered high levels of Customer Service and that all customers was satisfied. We achieved these goals by ensuring that we tailored each booking directly to the customers needs. We worked as a team to ensure that all the plans was in place and once handed to me, me and the team made them happen. We would be responsible for operating bars on large weddings, liaising with catering companies, and then after the events had finished, we would turn around the rooms and set up for the next events.
