As Managing Director I reduced delinquencies by 30%, improved on-time payments, with creative incentives. Through strong personal negotiations, reopened closed accounts. We had a full-time staff of 55 employees. I demonstrated effective leadership and encouraged team concepts.

  Opened Storm Productions, Successfully managed a 45-person freelance team while directing specials, rock concerts, and beauty pageants. Assisted the South African Broadcast Corporation in formalizing, planning and the execution of TV variety shows, including the creation and presentation of new formats for program ideas. Acted as liaison between clients and the sponsorship department of cable stations and networks.

  Oversaw the conversion of a cinema theatre complex into Television Studios with control rooms, floating floor, soundproofing, lighting grid, dressing rooms, restaurant, and audience seating. Managed and produced approximately 150 - ½ hour TV shows, demonstrating strong management skills in client relations, cost control, recruiting and training.
