  - Overseeing the step-by-step process of accepting new referrals, new client admissions, and coordination of all services that need to be provided in accordance with program guidelines and patient discharge.- Monitor that referrals from all programs have been accepted by Office Assistant in accordance with deadlines.- Supervise all client care, making sure that each patient is receiving services in a timely manner in accordance with patient Plan of Care and program guidelines, especially on weekends and public holidays- Ensure that any changes or updates with company clients have been reported to the appropriate Case Manager in accordance with programs and company guidelines.- Properly adhere all client inquiries and complaints to ensure that they are fully satisfied with services provided.- Control all documentation regarding employees and clients in compliance with policy and procedures. - Organizes office operation processes, ensuring that all office equipment is working properly, office is clean and safe for work processes, all documents are in the correct locations, maintain the condition of the office, and arranges for necessary repairs, etc.- Responsible for contract negotiation- Ensuring compliance of proper documentation in a timely manner from all RN's seeing patients. - Maintain ongoing liaison among among the governing body, the group of professional personnel, and the staff.- Maintain personnel files in accordance with all applicable regulations. - Employ qualified personnel and enure adequate staff education and evaluations.- Implement an effective budgeting and accounting system.- Review policy, clinical records, organization to provide adequate effective service and operate efficiently.- Implement quality of assurance, identify and track professional standards, meet requirements, evaluate processes, clinical record reviews, client satisfaction, and annual program evaluation.
