  Change Management in Solution Maintenance & Support

  In my first working period as a cooperative student I analyzed and visualized the process of creating change requests in the Service Management Tool "Service Now" using visio. Moreover, I learned a lot about Service Management in general (Incident Management, Change Management, SLA's...). Besides this topic I had some training in the data analytics software "Tableau" and created some dashboards with it afterwards.

  Solution Maintenance & Support - Workflow automation using a chatbot

  Having analyzed and visualized the process of creating change requests in my first working period, we decided to build a chatbot which guides the user through this process of creating change requests.

  Customer Support Germany - Connecting an Excel file to a database

  In my third working period, my task was to improve an Excelfile used by our filed force engineers to install Cobas systems and order reagents, calibrators and controlls for it. In the past, the data in the tool was updated manually which was really time consuming. After having identified the database with the right data, we developed a solution of how to connect it to a database which not only saves us a lot of time but also improves the quality of the data.
