  In my position at GE Water (formally known as Zenon Membrane solutions), as part of the Packaged Systems division, I hold a leadership role as part of the mechanical project engineering team. I am responsible and accountable for guiding a project team to design and deliver quality projects on schedule and within budget. Each project requires coordination and schedule tracking of various departments including; sales, process, drafting, electrical, purchasing, shop assembly, and field service.Along with the regular project deliverables, I work closely with the New Products group to develop standard designs and specifications. I have effectively implemented new mechanical system designs and improved on old standard products that have resulted in increased functionality and flexibility while decreasing cost and size.During my time in the Packaged Systems group I have also identified many opportunities for work process improvements.
