  As a Quality Engineer, in addition to PQA-TPM Engineering tasks, i was also responsible for operational quality in the plant. My responsibilities were:• 6 Sigma Expert Black Belt • Leading both local team members and also a project team in Poland.• Nonconformity/defect analysis on a daily/weekly/monthly base. Preparing monthly Quality Index-FPY (Nonconformity/Defect) report on plant and EMEA level.• Leading root cause analysis about internal nonconformitiesand initiating 6sigma or DMAIC projects.• Leading root cause analysis about customer notifications and initiating 6sigma or DMAIC projects.• Preparing SPC charts for specific points, tracking and making analysis about the results.• Responsible for FMEA studies and supporting other departments.• Preparing monthly Downtime / OEEreport on plant and EMEA level.• Responsible for downtime management/OEE analysis.
