  As a seasoned Sr Project Manager, I've had the privilege of leading incredible projects and working with amazing teams. Here's a glimpse into my journey:1. Led multiple programs for Azure and AI cloud onboarding, migrating over 100 legacy applications and servers to the Azure platform, resulting in $15M in Azure revenue. Migration challenges were tackled through careful sprint planning, sprint reviews and collaboration with Line of Business (LOB) champions.2. Offshore PMO for the global transition of 100K G-Suite accounts to Office 365.3. Show less Migration Factory Lead - Led the Migration Factory as the Regional Lead for Europe and APAC, for offshore Office 365 migration factory with a team of over 50 consultants. Responsibilities included prompt resolution of migration issues, stakeholder engagement, onboarding new customers to the migration factory, and delivering migration reports and cost statistics to program leadership. Established processes for Pilot and velocity migration, developed project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), managed finances, and maintained project timelines.Designed Office 365 architecture for 20+ enterprise customers to onboard to Office 365.
