      • I was responsible to ensure the lifecycle of most tickets logged via the Incident Coordinators were owned and resolved within the prescribed contractual SLAs HP has with the client by the resolver teams located globally. Every day I made ensure that the incident management process was working smoothly. I completed follow ups with the engineers who own the incidents and service calls which are nearing the SLA/SLO threshold.
