  I managed a talented in-house team of visual designers and media producers in EY. Creative was a team of graphic designers, document specialists, motion graphics and videographers, servicing the needs of EY Ireland. My role needed a customer-centric approach, commercial acumen and design thinking principles. I remained curious to constantly upskill in the ever-expanding definition of design. I project managed our Media team, and for the wider team took the lead on strategic and operational matters, actively problem solving and engaging in stakeholder and people management. Outside the day job, I was co-chair of EY's LGBT+ group, Unity for 2 years and a proud member of EY's choir.
