  Cooperated with a team of interns to create an indiegogo campaign as part of a capital campaign fund for a new space, which raised 34% over the $10,000 goal set by the executives. Researched and arranged for the organization to transfer their files to a cloud computing system and generated content for the organization’s blog.

  Researched and selected local visual artists for exhibition approval by the executive director. Coordinated monthly exhibition details with artists and community partners, including vendors, publications and media. Served as sales liaison for each exhibition. Created and coordinated digital marketing campaigns. Assisted the Executive Director in managing special events including monthly First Friday gallery openings.   Assisted the Torpedo Factory Artists Association (TFAA) Executive Director with the installation and management of the inaugural pop-up exhibition by Torpedo Factory Artists @ Mosaic. Coordinated with the 38 artists represented in the show, including those who worked on-site in the space twice a week for the five-week run of the exhibition. Facilitated sales, liaising directly with artists and patrons.

  Managed membership and correspondence for both the Trustees’ Council and Collectors Committee, two of the Gallery’s highest-level donor groups. Maintained membership database, donor files, and departmental records for approximately one hundred members. Coordinated with Curatorial and Special Events departments to plan and execute the two groups’ biannual and annual meetings in addition to other exclusive events.
