  Oversees the business/administrative operations of a 7 acre mixed-vegetable farm. The CSA has over 300 members and offers an affordable Farm Stand program in several high-need areas. The CSA works with the Urban Food Initiative Program and the Fresh Food Financing Fund of Colorado to connect with Denver neighborhoods in need. The CSA offers 23 weeks of sustainably grown produce as well as eggs, mushrooms, lavender and other local products by supporting small Denver producers. Our Veterans to Farmers partnership and program onsite is near and dear to Josie's heart - and inspires people every day! Josie also manages the strategic/community partnerships for Chatfield farms. My farming specialty is in cut-flower production, mainly crafting unique bouquets for csa and markets. Show less
