  • As a Product Owner, Reuben was responsible for driving Digital Product development which included the creation of the websites and mobile applications for UAE Exchange and its subsidiaries across the globe. • The Youngest Product Owner in the product development team leading a development pod of 7 members, comprising of Developers, Testers, and a Scrum master. • He managed a varied portfolio of projects which include UI/UX revamp projects, Backend Robotic Process Automation Projects, marketing technology projects as well as new product launches across new corridors. He owned the entire product lifecycle, starting from product inception to the creation of crisp BRD’s to designing the product roadmap and driving the project to completion. • His job role required having both technical and business knowledge about any product. It also required him to have the ability to envision the product and have excellent communication and management skills to lead the team to create the product at the lowest cost. It required him to take sound decisions when the project faces challenges and also meet all the stakeholder deadlines and product quality.During his tenure at UAE Exchange, Reuben was responsible for: • Brainstorming viable Product Ideas and pitching it to the management for approval• Design Business Requirement Documents (BRD’s)• Prototyping the UI and UX for the product• Coordinating with IT on developmental issues and driving the product to production• Coordinating with external vendors throughout the course of the project• Validating end to end business functionality before the launch of projects• Ensuring compliance to internal approval matrix, KYC requirements and AML checks• Working with an offshore Developer team and Infrastructure Team for Defect Resolution, queries and document updation• Conducting post live product performance analysis and delivering product updates based on customer feedback.
