      Work with the management team to develop and deliver natural resources management initiatives. Provide administrative and operational assistance to the project team in regards to the implementation of conservation projects. Lead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of a First Nations Art Competition. Look at opportunities to engage with key stakeholders to identify and address emerging environmental issues, risks, and regulatory changes. Facilitate regular workshops with landowners and members of the public to bring awareness of SQ Landscapes’ projects.Key Achievements:• Promoted from initially a Trainee Project Officer to a Project Delivery Officer within 6 months • Led the development and facilitation of a First Nations Art Competition, with the first competition attracting 100 guests in 2022, awarding 12 finalists and successfully selling off 3 artworks• Co-Coordinator of Blackfish Project - work with land managers to undertake actions on their properties that will reduce sedimentation and increase thermal habitat in streams where blackfish persist to maintain their presence. This project is funded by the Native Fish Recovery Strategy. The Native Fish Recovery Strategy is funded under the joint programs and coordinated by the Murray-Darling Basin Authority. The joint programs promote and coordinate effective planning, management and sharing of the water and other natural resources of the Murray-Darling Basin.• Coordinator of the Brigalow Project Regional Land Partnerships - Environment is funded from the Australian Government’s National Landcare Program with the goal to help land managers better manage their Brigalow scrub while at the same time improving and promoting these Threatened Ecological Communities (TEC).
