  As part of the IVT Infra Desktop team, I was responsible for second-line support for employee workstations. In my daily tasks, I handled the imaging, deployment, and maintenance of laptops, computers, phones, and other devices. Additionally, I was responsible for several long-term projects. For instance, I took on a coordinating role in assessing the impact on the IVT department of a power outage in the main building and in organizing the layout of the new office for our department.

  As a System manager at Stater I worked within the Business Intelligence department for the platform team. Our main task was to provide our developers with a stable and up to date Hadoop Data Platform (in the end Cloudera Data Platform). Next to that, we also maintained the older Datawarehouse Solution that Stater was running.- Played an important role in the connection between our platform team and the development teams- Closely involved with a major upgrade of our platform from HDP (Hadoop) to CDP (Cloudera)- Acted as Scrum Master between May and July 2023 within the team- Tools and products I used to work with include: Informatica DEI, Informatica Powercenter, Cloudera Data Platform, Azure DevOps and Azure GIT, JAMS Scheduler, CentOS, RedHat, Ansible, Python, PowerShell and more.
