  I oversee the full scope of Operations for the DC, MD, and Virginia offices. In my first year in the position Tradesource DMV offices saw a 1st-year revenue increase of 139% YoY. The three offices have an average of 4 office employees, and 400 field employees. As the sole HR representative in the region, HR duties included conducting staff hiring and onboarding for the Southeast region, completing payroll for Southeast field staff, adhering and educating staff to PPI protocol, responding to employee complaints, and conducting workplace investigations, among other responsibilities.I regularly conduct staff meetings focusing on cost-cutting and staff efficiency. There is a constant and successful effort to increase ROI and decrease the cost of hire per employee.
